 -Go to any local Tuxedo shop and receive a free fitting.  
 -Then take the information from the fitting and fill out this form.
 -Email to Main Event Tuxedo by pushing the submit button below.
 -Any and all adjustments to these sizes can and will be made at your
  final fitting.   **Please allow 1/2 hour for final fitting**
